How do I know this will work?

I know this course will help you because it’s based on the strategies that have helped thousands of my clients with PCOS over the past 15 years.  Not only will you get cutting-edge science-based information, but you’ll get practical tips that can fit into your lifestyle. After working with women with PCOS for so many years, I know what works.

Now keep in mind anyone who promises you your PCOS will go away after taking their course — or that you can lose 4 pounds a week — isn’t being honest! PCOS is not “curable,” but the symptoms can be greatly decreased or go away. And weight loss that comes off that fast will likely go right back on.

When will I see results?

You’ll see results immediately in some areas like carb cravings, mood and energy levels. Other areas, like decreasing hair growth, promoting cycle regularity or lowering HbA1c can take a few months. But you’ll feel less stressed and more confident right away knowing you are finally on the right plan.

What kind of support is offered?

You will able to join a private Facebook group just for women in this program.  You’ll get support from other women who have PCOS as well as from Martha. Martha will also be doing Facebook Lives to provide more education and support.  The first 15 people to join the program will get an individual FREE mini session of 15 minutes with Martha.

What if I follow a special diet (like keto, plant-based, no gluten/dairy, low carb)?

This program will still work for you. I realize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for PCOS and you’ll need to find what works best for you. The principles of the course will be the same no matter what diet preference you have. You’ll get options for moderate carb, low carb and plant based.  While I do have lower-carb options, they are not super high fat to fit into the keto category. You could manipulate this if you wanted to!

Do I get meal plans?

You will get MANY ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can assemble these ideas for meals/snacks into your own meal plans. The majority of clients prefer this method over meal plans as it’s more flexible.

What if I don’t like to cook?

I’ve got you covered! (LOL — I don't spend a ton of time in the kitchen either.) Most of my clients don’t have time for cooking, so many of my meal ideas can be prepared in 15 minutes or less. You’ll get numerous options for meals, including:

  • meals that take less than 15 minutes to make.
  • meals that can be assembled from healthy staples you have in your home.
  • recipes that take a bit longer, but are so simple to make.
Will I have access to the materials after the course?

Yes, you will have lifetime access.

What is the time commitment?

About 60-90 minutes a week. The more you put into the course, the more you’ll get out of it. It's okay if you get behind; as a founding member, you’ll have lifelong access to the course. And of course, you can download all the handouts anytime!

Can I take the course if I live outside the US?

Unlike my private coaching, the answer is YES. But make sure you understand my accent as some of the training will be by videos! In addition, certain product brands I mention may not be available in your country. Lastly, my lab guides may have ranges that are different from lab ranges in other countries. The zoom calls will be taped and emailed to you if you can't make the live calls due to time differences. 

Will I need special foods? Can my family eat the same meals?

No special foods needed. The good news is that many of the principles we’ll be talking about — like anti-inflammatory, low glycemic foods — are good for the whole family. Your loved ones can benefit from eating more veggies and whole grains and fewer added sugars and processed foods. You can also adjust your family meals so you have a smaller portion, swap in some cauliflower rice, or other easy tips I’ll share.

How do I access the course?

You’ll have your own private portal online. The course will be accessible on mobile, PC or tablet.

Is there a payment plan option?
