51 Free Workout Videos That You’ll Love
The year 2020 hasn’t been such a good one so far. And to top it off, you’d love to get in a workout at your gym to blow off steam … but it’s still closed! And the thought of running outside with a mask in the 95 degree heat isn’t overly appealing. When COVID-19 first started, I swore I’d maintain my exercise routine. I had visions of taking flights of stairs (I live in a 21 story building) in between zoom clients. Or getting in my 10 K steps at night. Ummm … that fell by the wayside quickly. I even spent $140 on two 15 pound dumbells, but they are collecting dust (Hello price gauging on amazon). But the bottom line is that we need to find a way to move more. So my nutrition intern, Nikki Kim, did a dive into the world of You Tube free workout videos and came up with a huge variety for you. Check out the free download 51 Free Workout Videos
Slacking off from exercise will come back to bite you
Maintaining regular physical activity is especially important at this time because it can help relax and strengthen both our mind and body. I’ve been getting calls from past and new clients complaining of elevated blood sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol … and of course weight gain. Part of this is due to COVID eating habits, but part is due to less movement. So it’s time to get moving.

Strength training includes bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, and planks, which use your own body weight or tools (resistance bands, barbells, dumbbells, or weight machines) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance. Consistent and proper strength training can yield benefits such as:
- strengthening bones
- increasing muscle mass
- lowering injury risks and chronic conditions
